PEANUT SAUCE CHICKEN

“Peanut sauce chicken” is not only delicious but also healthy and a perfect chicken recipe for dinner. This easy chicken recipe is below:-
Peanut Sauce Chicken

Necessary Ingredients for Peanut Sauce:
1.     Butter 1 tbsp.
2.    Powdered peanuts 1 tbsp.
3.   Minced onion 1 tbsp.
4.  Minced coriander leaves 1 tbsp.
5.   Grind green chili 1 tsp.
6.   Nut oil 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp.
7.   Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
8.   Sugar (according to your taste)
9.   Water ¼ cup
                                      Peanut Sauce Preparing
Cooking Method:
1.      In a bowl, take butter, powered peanuts & 2 tbsp. nut oil and mix these well.
2.     To the mixture, add 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. grind green chili and some sugar and mix well.
3.    Heat 1 tsp. nut oil on a frying pan.
4.    With that, add minced onion and 1 tbsp. minced coriander leaves and stir for 2 minutes.
5.   Boil this peanut sauce with ¼ cup water for 3 minutes.
Thus the delicious peanut sauce is made to prepare “Peanut Sauce Chicken” following the easy recipe:-
Necessary Ingredients for “Peanut Sauce Chicken”:-
1.     Chicken 500 gm
2.    Sliced onion 1 piece
3.   Mashed ginger 1 tsp.
4.  Sugar 1 tsp.
5.   Salt (according to your taste)
6.   White pepper (according to your taste)
7.   Minced lettuce 1 cup
8.   Water 2 cup
Chicken Preparing
Cooking Method:
1.      Boil chicken, onion, ginger, salt, white pepper and sugar with 2 cup water.
2.    After finishing boiling, separate the bones from chicken and cut the chicken meat into pieces.
How to serve
1.    On a serving plate keep the minced lettuce and then keep the chicken pieces on them.
2.    Now spread the peanut sauce over them
. Now enjoy the delicious and healthy “peanut sauce chicken” which will deliver a great taste.

CHICKEN WINGS WITH SOY SAUCE

                       


Necessary Ingredients:
1.     4-5 piece chicken wings
2.    1/4 cup soy sauce
3.   1 tbsp. oyster sauce
4.  1 tbsp fish sauce (not mandatory)
5.   1 tbsp vinegar
6.   ½ tbsp. brown sugar
7.   a little bit salt
8.   2-4 slice ginger
9.   1 spring onion
10.               1 tsp. sesame seeds
11. Sesame oil
Cooking Method:
1.    In a bowl, take soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and ginger.
2.   Mix these well.
3.  With these, add pepper powder and chicken wings and mix these well.
4.  Marinate for 2 or more hours
5.   In a pan, heat sesame oil.
6.   In the pan add ginger slices and the marinated chicken wings and cook it placing the lid.
7.   Now add white part of spring onion and leftover sauce.
8.   Till the sauce is evaporated, cook it.
9.  Take these to serving plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds, thin ginger slices and finely chopped green part of onion.
Now enjoy the delicious chickens with your favorite ketchup.

CHEESY GRILLED CHICKEN

Cheesy grilled chicken

Necessary ingredients:
1.     ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, divided & shredded
2.     1 tsp. butter
3.   1 lbs. chicken breast (boneless)
4.  ¼ cup Franks Hot Sauce
5.   Black pepper
6.   ¼ tsp. celery salt
Cooking method:                               
1.      To medium low heat, preheat grill.
2.     Butter fly your chicken, by cutting it horizontally. Don’t cut all the way through.
3.    With pepper, sprinkle the inside of the chicken.
4.    With cheese, evenly top the chicken and fold over the chicken to close it. Before you cut it, it should look like the chicken breast.
5.     Melt the butter for 8 seconds in a microwave safe bowl.
6.     Stir in celery salt & hot sauce.
7.     With hot sauce mixture, brush one side of the chicken and place the hot sauce side down on the grill. Brush more hot sauce over top of the chicken. Cook for about 7 minutes.
8.     Flip the chicken and brush on remaining hot sauce and cook until no longer pink; about five minutes more.
9.    Now serve the delicious chickens.
Another method:
Just by cooking it in the oven, you can make it the same way. Just heat your oven to 375 degrees, spray a baking dish with cooking spray, add the chicken and drizzle the hot sauce over the top. Place it in the oven for about 35 minutes and this delicious chicken dish will be done.

ORIENTAL SALAD OF CHICKEN

Oriental salad of chicken


Necessary ingredients:  
1.     1 leg of chicken
2.    140 g noodles
3.   1 carrot cut like matchsticks
4.  1 celery stick cut like matchsticks
5.   ½ of de-seeded and cut into matchsticks cucumber
6.   2 of sliced length-ways spring onions
7.   1 tsp of Chinese five-spice powder
8.   1 tbsp soy sauce           
9.   2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Cooking method:                           
                                                          A (Baking CHICKEN Leg)
1.      With five-spice powder rub the leg of chicken all over for seasoning.                
2.     Heat oven to 220c/ 200c fan/ gas 7.
3.    Placing the chicken leg on a baking tray, roast it for 25 minutes.
                          
B (Cooking Noodles)
1.    At the same time, following pack instructions, cook the noodles.
2.    Under cold running water, drain and cool that noodles.
3.    Drain again and toss with the cucumber, celery, carrot and spring onions.
4.    If it is enough cool to handle, then remove the crispy skin and meat of the chicken leg from the bone and finely shred.
                           
                            C (Dressing)
1.      For making dressing, mix soy sauce and the hoisin with 2 tbsp water.
2.     Divide the noodles between two plates.
3.    Top with the shredded duck.
4.    After drizzling over the dressing, serve the delicious food.
